The Western Australian Electoral Commission is committed to raising electoral awareness throughout the community. It aims to maximise participation by ensuring that all eligible electors understand how valuable their right to vote is, how their vote counts, and how simple it is to enrol and vote.
The Electoral Education Centre (EEC) is the main way that the Commission provides electoral education to the Western Australian community. Offering a range of services, the EEC engages with schools and community groups at the Centre and across the state.
